ok so i just found these old glasses i bought back in my breif hipster phase. I remember when i went to get my proper glasses (ie ones with proper lenses for my stigmatism) and i took these and asked if they could put the lenses in these ones or if they had anything similar (they had one pair from some fancyass brand that was well out my price range). Now Milton Keynes is hardly the sticks, i thought people might be a little aware of what sort of strange thing might be “fashionable”, but the guy there promptly gave me a once over, and continued to give me bizarre looks and told me he didn’t understand why anyone would want glasses like this…way to sell guy…
